Our Story
The Beginning
Oracle Access Solutions was founded in 2017 by Paul and Chelsey Cervi, starting as a small Calgary-based window cleaning company rooted in connection, integrity and hard work. In 2021, they expanded operations into their home province of Ontario to be closer to extended family and established a second location in Kingsville, where the company continues to grow today.
As parents of four, Paul and Chelsey understand how busy life can be – and how important it is to have services you can rely on. That lived experience shapes Oracle’s approach: respect for your time, clear communication and a commitment to taking exterior maintenance off your to-do list.

OWNER & OPERATOR
PAUL CERVI
With over two decades of hands-on experience in exterior cleaning and property maintenance, Paul leads operations with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety. From high-rise projects to custom residential work, he's on-site and in the thick of it, making sure every job runs smoothly and every standard is met.
Away from work, Paul enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors with his wife and kids. His work ethic and high standards set the tone for Oracle Access Solutions, shaping the company into a business built on trust and consistency.

CHELSEY CERVI
Chelsey is the driving force behind Oracle’s client relationships and business operations. With a background in accounting and a gift for communication, she makes sure clients feel informed and cared for at every step. From sales calls to backend systems, she keeps the business moving forward with clarity and care.
Chelsey is a proud mom who lives for her kids, as well as evenings on her paddleboard and weekends at the family trailer. Balancing business with family life, she brings empathy, organization, and heart to everything she does, whether she’s onboarding a new client or managing the family calendar.
MANAGER, AIRDRIE DIVISION
KEITH DENT
Keith brings years of field experience to his role as Manager of the Airdrie division, leading a wide variety of property maintenance and window cleaning projects across Alberta. He knows the work inside and out, and is always ready to tackle the next challenge.
Outside of work, Keith is a devoted dad who sets aside time to be with his daughter every chance he gets. His commitment to both family and work shines through in the way he supports his team and his clients, season after season.
